I love to practice yoga, I love to learn about yoga, I love to share in yoga, and I love to teach yoga.
I live in Vancouver, British Columbia (or just outside). And, when I am living yoga outside of yoga, I work two part-time jobs, play guitar, dance, paint, snowboard, read books, listen to TEDtalks, sing, drink Starbucks Chai Tea Lattes (with soy milk), check my email somewhat obsessively, volunteer with a summer camp, gratefully share time with good friends, and borrow ridiculous amounts from the library.
I came to the practice of yoga to find relief from a persistent pain in my right hip – and I did. But I also found love, light, faith, freedom, and acceptance. The practice of yoga has changed my experience of this life, and I became a yoga teacher to share this practice with others. I am incredibly grateful for this practice and for the opportunity to teach it to others.
